For Program Administrators
Build the outreach machine, or plug into ours
Landoption already runs a network of enrollment partners who bring land programs to producers every week. Over 1,100 programs cataloged and maintained. Real enrollment partners on the ground. Real producers ready to enroll. Your program can be the one they put in front of them next.
How we work with programs
We do the marketing and outreach so your team does not have to. Here is the loop, plainly.
We catalog your program
Your rules, eligibility, payment rates, and deadlines get cataloged and maintained inside the Landoption database alongside 1,100+ other land programs, so it is discoverable the moment a partner is looking for a fit.
Our partners take it to producers
Enrollment partners already sitting at kitchen tables across the Corn Belt bring your program to real producers with real acres, as part of a conversation those producers already trust.
Enrollments flow back to you
Interested producers and their acres route straight into your program's intake, with the paperwork groundwork already handled on our side.
You claim and manage your listing
Claim your listing and your team can update rules, rates, and sign-up windows directly, so what our network sees is always what your program actually offers.
Why partner with us
Eight reasons administrators hand their outreach to Landoption instead of staffing it internally.
Plug into a network, don't build one
Recruiting, training, and managing a field outreach network is a multi-year project. Ours is already in the field and already enrolling.
Your listing stays accurate
Program rules change constantly. You maintain your listing directly, or we maintain it for you. Either way producers never see stale terms.
Acres and enrollments flow to you
Qualified producers arrive already matched to your eligibility requirements, not cold names from a list.
Pay for what converts
Program Alert sends and LABS trainings are priced around activity that moves enrollments, not upfront marketing spend with no floor under it.
Show up where people are already searching
Being a claimed, verified listing means your program surfaces through Landoption's API and search, not just our own site: visibility in front of enrollment partners and producers who are actively looking, without you building that discovery layer yourself.
Embed it on your own site
Claimed programs can get an embeddable Terra widget: a code snippet and token that puts Landoption's AI-powered program matching directly on your website, scoped to just your program. No need to build your own AI platform from scratch.
Set your own incentives
Define rebate offers or a price-per-acre payment for fulfilled enrollments directly in your workflow. You control the terms, not us.
Build your own strategy, not your competitor's
Program administrators get access to the strategy builder (Terra), filtered by program type, so you can find what stacks well with your program (for example, forest management plus a hunting lease). This does not include visibility into other specific programs' contract terms or pricing. We don't put programs in a competitive arms race over each other's private data.

Our story
I have built companies my whole career, but I ran into this particular problem the hard way. Working for a land manager, I saw what land programs actually look like from the inside: a headache. Complicated, changing rules, a mess of paperwork, a full-time job just to stay on top of. Good programs with real money behind them were going unused simply because nobody had the hours to chase them.
Landoption exists to close that gap. We catalog the programs, keep the details current, and put trained enrollment partners in front of the producers who qualify. Landoption doesn't call itself an AI company, it's a people company that uses AI. The technology handles the paperwork and the pattern matching. The relationships still happen at the kitchen table.
We are based in Nebraska, in the middle of the Corn Belt, because that is where the acres are and where our people are from.

Where we're headed
We are building the most comprehensive, most trusted program database in the land-use economy. Every program we add, verify, and keep current makes the whole network more useful to the next producer who walks in the door.
Alongside it, we are investing in the tools that make growth easier on both sides: Terra AI for program matching and paperwork, and CRM and business growth tools that help our enrollment partners run better operations.
The north star has not moved. Landowners and farmers getting paid by programs. Every part of Landoption exists to make that happen more efficiently.
Three things on the roadmap right now: an embeddable Terra widget that lets a claimed program put Landoption matching on its own site, an enrollment object builder that lets programs define exactly which data points and documents they need from partners instead of leaving it open-ended, and a referral dashboard where program admins can log in and see their pending referrals grouped by stage (new, screening, qualifying, negotiating) without chasing logins across a dozen systems.
