• Power AI Features with Data Sovereignty: To provide advanced Platform features (such as Terra AI), we utilize enterprise-grade artificial intelligence providers (such as Google). We strictly mandate that your individualized Enrollment Data and User Content are NOT used by these third-party providers to train their foundational base models, ensuring your data remains private and sovereign.

3.1 With Other Platform Users

To facilitate the core functionality of the Platform, we share relevant information between Enrollment Partners, Producers, Program Users, and Referrers as necessary for Program discovery, enrollment, and management. This expressly includes sharing enrollment milestones, payment statuses, and commission tracking data with the specific, authorized Enrollment Partners and Referrers tied to a Producer's account to ensure transparent payout tracking and audit integrity.

3.2 With Service Providers

We engage third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data analysis, payment processing, customer support, and marketing. These providers have access to personal information only to perform these tasks and are obligated to protect it.

3.3 For Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal processes, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to:

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal proceedings
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of Landoption, our users, or the public
• Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues

However, please note that financial and transactional artifacts—specifically including "Immutable Referral Snapshots," executed Producer Agreements, and commission calculation records—are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with tax, accounting, and legal audit requirements, and to guarantee the integrity of our commission systems.

• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information. (Please note: This right is subject to specific legal and operational exceptions. As noted in Section 6, financial artifacts, enrollment records, and referral snapshots cannot be deleted for a period of seven (7) years to preserve audit integrity and resolve commission disputes)
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
• Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent
