    Current opportunities at Landoption.

    Account Coordinator, Dealer Network

The first call for our dealers: answering questions, routing producer leads, coordinating trade shows, and putting the right planning materials in their hands.

To keep Landoption's dealer network supported, equipped, and growing. You will be the first call for our dealers: answering their questions, routing producer leads their way, coordinating the trade shows where we feature them, and putting the right planning materials in their hands. When dealers are set up to win, more farmers find programs that help them meet their goals.

    What You'll Do

    • 60% Dealer Support: Be the first point of contact for our dealers. Catch every question and request from calls, Slack, and email, log it on our customer service board the same day, answer what you can, and get the rest to the product team. Close the loop with every dealer, build our FAQ, and turn product changes into plain-language dealer updates. Metrics: dealers hear back within 2 business days, and requests are closed with the dealer told the outcome.
    • 20% Trade Shows, Webinars, and Events: Run the logistics behind the six or seven shows and events where we feature our dealers. Schedule and coordinate our webinars. Keep the show calendar, send dealer registration, build booth schedules, manage show contacts and shipping, and follow up with every featured dealer and lead after the show. Metric: featured dealers registered, scheduled, and followed up with at every show.
    • 10% Producer Lead Routing: Match incoming producer leads from the website, shows, and referrals to the right dealer by location and fit. Make a warm introduction, log the lead in our CRM, and follow up so no lead stalls. Metric: producer leads routed to a dealer and contacted.
    • 10% Dealer Planning and Marketing Materials: Produce dealer-ready strategy one-pagers, program flyers, and marketing materials from our templates and brand. Keep the library current as programs change and fill dealer requests before producer meetings and events.

    Who You Are

    • Wild places: You are a "wild person" who loves wild places and believes farmers are the most important stewards of the land.
    • Shared values: Our values fit with your values. Read them at landoption.com/about.
    • Agriculture knowledge: You know agriculture (a farm background, an ag or agronomy degree, or ag industry experience), so you can triage a dealer's question without a translator.
    • Follow-through: You're organized and you follow through. A dropped ball bugs you, and you can juggle a show schedule, a dozen dealers, and a shipping deadline without losing track.
    • Clear communication: You write clearly and can talk with a farmer, a dealer, and a developer in the same afternoon.
    • Startup mindset: We're a startup. We need talented, hard-working people who want an important role in changing the way conservation is delivered.
    • Long-term commitment: Committed to growing Landoption to 10 million acres by the end of 2030.
